Terms and Conditions

Your deposit is non-refundable and will be lost in the instance of a cancellation.

Gift Cards are non refundable.  

 

If you need to reschedule, ensure it is done at least 48 hours beforehand, this way we can transfer your deposit onto your next booking. If you reschedule less than 48 hrs in advance, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be invoiced for 50% of your total tattoo cost. This includes for COVID reasons.

 

If you do not turn up to your appointment or you cancel on the day, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be invoiced for 100% of your total tattoo appointment cost.

Your deposit is taken off the overall cost of the appointment on the day.

 

We offer both cash and card payments in the studio. Eftpos payments are subject to a 1.1% surcharge. 

 

We do not tattoo individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding or under the age of 18 (even with parental consent).

 

Our artists do not complete:  face / neck / inner lip / genital tattoos*.

 

Our artists do not send a preview of your tattoo before your appointment unless discussed otherwise*.

 

Our artists offer a complimentary touch up after your first appointment, however this is subject to each artist's conditions. You will be notified at your appointment as to how long post-appointment they are willing to offer a complimentary touch up.
